Monitor, Detect, Resolve

As part of your support service, we will proactively monitor your systems to ensure that everything is working as it should and to detect and resolve issues before they become a problem. We will monitor server availability, disk storage, anti-virus software and error logs, and results are fed back to our operating centre every 12 minutes.

In addition, we carry out regular routine site visits (RSVs) at a time agreed with you. During these visits we will check your systems, perform any necessary server maintenance and attend to any other concerns your users might have.

ITD can support servers from Microsoft, Apple and other leading operating system providers. Our familiarity with leading providers means we can also recommend and implement virtualisation strategies, data replication, and service pack and patch management.
