problem cannot be resolved over the phone then depending on your system we can solve your
problem via a remote link. Should it be more serious then a technician can visit your
site.

visit ensuring that you minimize the risk of any serious problems occurring.

your company's information systems.We can advise as to how best to expand your systems or
update them. Our complete planning will ensure minimum disruption to any improvements we
may recommend.

- This will safe you money on a call out as we will initially assess if your IT issue is a
simple problem that can be corrected over the phone or something more serious that will
require a call out.
