The Maintenance service will cover regular monitoring of your entire PC network, Novell, Microsoft Windows NT workstations and Windows 95/98 workstation as well as NT server systems. Virus detection systems are remotely updated, usually monthly. If you have Sophos antivirus we will ensure you are updated daily. We also monitor your back-up system. This is the most vital information your company has. Therefore if you are an IT Department member we check your backups have been successful everyday and will alert you if there has been a problem. Our engineers will also test that the information is actually on your backup tapes as this is not always guaranteed.
