The Technical Support, Maintenance, Development and Help Desk services can all be customised. This is called our Business Edge Program and it covers any technological issues specifically for your company's individual needs. Here are some examples of customised services we can provide within each area. Planning As part of the Customized Service we can provide on-going strategic advice to management regarding best use of Information Technology specifically for your industry by our MBA Consultants.
Maintenance The Customised Service can address such issues as software compatibility testing for your environment, installing hardware and software upgrades, analyse your Year 2000 readiness and organise corrective action. The IT Department can manage externally induced issues as part of the Customised Service.
Technical Support The Customised Service would respond to 'Server Down' incidents by an on-site visit by a technician and if needed we will provide a spare server ready to go, (excluding the data), which can be loaned while your server is being repaired).
