� IT DEPARTMENT MEMBERSHIP

Four levels of IT department membership is available.

Bronze

One of our experienced engineers visits your office once or twice a month dependent on the size of your network) to give your entire network a thorough health check. Your network and backups are checked for problems, your antivirus software is updated, new available patches are added to your software, plus minor user problems are dealt with to keep your system running as reliably as possible.

You will receive telephone and remote support to solve your network problems.

You also receive reduced rates for any additional call outs or upgrades that you might need i.e. installing a new server or moving offices.

Silver

Same as bronze plus

Should you need a personal visit by our engineer, as your problem was not possible to solve over the phone or remotely, then you will have 1 hour of call out time available to you every month. This is rolled over if not used. Giving you access to 12 hours of call out time per year.

Gold

Same as bronze plus

Should we not be able to solve your problem over the phone, or remotely then you will have 2 hours of call out time available to you every month. This is rolled over if not used. Giving you access to 24 hours of call out time per year.

Unlimited telephone support

We�ll keep an eye on your network remotely to verify your system is not developing any problems.

Our engineers will also monitor that your backups have been successful. Should we identify any errors we will call you to advise you to run another backup. (you�ll love us for this rigorous backup check the day you loose all your data from the system)

Platinum

Same as gold plus

Inclusive Firewall rental. Acts as an email server, protects you from hackers and viruses, allows you to pick up your emails from anywhere in the world and allows you to work from home as if you where in the office. (Please note: Firewall installation, antivirus licence for gateway scanning and remote access costs are not included).
