Virus writer has a go at Bill
The latest virus to attack unprotected PC's through their connection to the Internet is causing havoc. While antivirus programs detect the virus they do not stop it being downloaded, and unlike most viruses it enters the system through a network connection and not via an email attachment.
See the link to Sophos for full details. http://www.sophos.co.uk/virusinfo/articles/blaster.html or the BBC's version.
Our recommendations are do not use an unprotected connection to the Internet. Use a Firewall, router or both between any PC and the Internet.
Download and install the following patch, and if you have XP enable the Firewall. It's in the network connection for your ISP under advanced.
