 » REGULAR MONTHLY VISIT  

Once or twice a month, depending on the size of your network, one of our dedicated team of engineers will visit you onsite. He will investigate what problems and errors have occurred that month on your server and workstations.

Minor corrections are made free of charge there and then. This will avoid problems escalating. If anything more critical is identified this will be discussed immediately and suggestions made as how best to resolve it.

One of the engineers� first tasks when he comes on site is to test your companies� data has been successfully backed up. This is done with a �test restore� (restoring a small section of data from the backup tape on to the system). If you do accidentally delete any files or are unfortunate enough to have a fire or theft your data can be restored within hours. This is only possible if the backup has been successful. This is not always guaranteed by checking the backup files. That is why our constant monitoring of you backup system is so valuable.

There are of course other ways of loosing your data. Viruses are one of the worst. Your software provider will send you regular updates for your current antivirus software. Our engineer will update this for you as part of his monthly maintenance visit. Plus he will do exactly the same with any updates and patches for Windows, Microsoft office and backup software. Any �bugs� in the system are corrected as soon as possible
