2. Prevention
is better than cure
Three weeks in every month our engineers will check your network remotely
to ensure no problems are developing. 9 times out 10 they can identify,
fix and leave your network in perfect operating order by maintaining your
system from our head office in London.
3. Emergency
response for all your major IT problems
Frankly, this level of regular maintenance eliminates a large proportion
of potential problems your network can suffer with. But it can never eliminate
them all.
The chances of your system developing any major problem are dramatically
reduced when you subscribe to our regular maintenance programme. But,
should any major problem occur we can immediately respond in two ways
- For a Level 1 emergency (i.e. a complete
system crash) we will come to your site within two hours of your call.
(Our engineers travel by motorbike and often reach clients faster than
two hours)
- With a Level 2 emergency (ie software
failure) we can access your network via VNC remote control software.
Remarkably, in the majority of cases an emergency problem can be solved
remotely without our engineers ever having to visit your site. This
is one of the reasons we are able to offer high level maintenance and
problem solving, deal with it rapidly and efficiently and save our clients
considerable IT maintenance costs.
4. Solve your
IT problems without the expense of calling out an engineer
We can solve many minor technical problems or difficulties over the phone.
You will be given an inclusive number of hours that you can call our engineers.
The best part about this service is that it is calculated on a minute-by-minute
basis. Giving you the opportunity to solve your problem before asking
us to come out on an emergency call out.

5. Over ten years
