1. A regular monthly visit to keep your system reliable

Once a month one of our dedicated team of engineers will visit you onsite. He will investigate what problems and errors have occurred that month to your network.

Minor corrections are made free of charge there and then. This will avoid problems escalating. If anything more critical is identified this will be discussed immediately and suggestions made as to how best to resolve it.

2. Prevention is better than cure

Three weeks in every month our engineers will check your network remotely to ensure no problems are developing. 9 times out 10 they can identify, fix and leave your network in perfect operating order by maintaining your system from our head office in London.

3. Emergency response for all your major IT problems

Frankly, this level of regular maintenance eliminates a large proportion of potential problems your network can suffer with. But it can never eliminate them all.

The chances of your system developing any major problem are dramatically reduced when you subscribe to our regular maintenance programme. But, should any major problem occur we can immediately respond in two ways

  1. For a Level 1 emergency (i.e. a complete system crash) we will come to your site within two hours of your call. (Our engineers travel by motorbike and often reach clients faster than two hours)
  2. With a Level 2 emergency (ie software failure) we can access your network via VNC remote control software. Remarkably, in the majority of cases an emergency problem can be solved remotely without our engineers ever having to visit your site. This is one of the reasons we are able to offer high level maintenance and problem solving, deal with it rapidly and efficiently and save our clients considerable IT maintenance costs.

4. Solve your IT problems without the expense of calling out an engineer

We can solve many minor technical problems or difficulties over the phone. You will be given an inclusive number of hours that you can call our engineers.

The best part about this service is that it is calculated on a minute-by-minute basis. Giving you the opportunity to solve your problem before asking us to come out on an emergency call out.

5. Over ten years of industry knowledge and skill at the other end of a phone

The service that is most difficult to explain and the one our customers welcome the most is the advice we give during any technical discussion we may have with you.

It ranges from which server to buy, what backup software is most reliable, which hardware will aid the company in doing business, to how to avoid ‘Hackers’, why a company policy on computer do’s and don’ts is a good idea or how to avoid problems when changing your internet provider

This advice is given during the day-to-day contact we have with you, on the phone or on site. It allows you to budget and plan the continual development of your computer systems. Ultimately it gives you someone to discuss any plans you might have for upgrading or improving your system. Helping you to make a cost effective and informed decision.

6. Critical: The safe guarding of your private company data

While the majority of viruses are relatively harmless there are what are known as “wild” ones. These can cause untold and irreversible damage to your network system. Not only can they stop your staff from working - even worse, they can permanently corrupt your companies' data.

Waiting for your regular monthly virus update does not provide the daily protection that is critical if you absolutely cannot afford to have your data corrupted. It simply is not good enough for those businesses that would lose money or clients if their companies' data contained viruses.

Not only your own company's database is at risk - accidentally passing on an unidentified virus to one of your clients is frankly irresponsible and highly damaging to your client and to your reputation. This option provides you with daily updated virus protection, if you have an Internet connection and gateway, we can update your virus library daily.

Just as important, our engineers can check that your daily system backup has actually been successful. If anything is amiss with your backup for any reason our check will enable us to alert you immediately. Please note: this service is dependent on which back up system you use.
