 » EMERGENCY CALLOUTS

Frankly, the level of regular maintenance we provide for you eliminates most of the potential problems your system can generate with daily use. But the nature of computer networks is such that occasionally a more major problem can occur.

If it happens here is what we do

  1. For a level 1 emergency (i.e. a complete system crash) we will come to your site within three working hours of you calling (Some of our engineers travel by motorbike and often reach clients in less than two hours)

  2. With a level 2 emergency (i.e. software failure) we can access your network via VNC remote control software. Remarkably, in the majority of cases an emergency problem can be solved remotely without our engineers ever having to visit your site.

This is one of the reasons why we are able to offer you such high-level maintenance and almost instant problem solving. With any problem your network comes up with we will respond rapidly. It is because of the VNC software that we can keep the cost of such high level maintenance to a minimum.

» WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS THINK

IT Department are what they say they are, our IT Department. Technically adept and responsive they maintain our systems to optimum performance. The inevitable problems that occur from time to time are dealt with swiftly and effectively. Problems that used to raise blood pressure are now mere irritations and are generally dealt with using very effective remote access via the Internet. A very cost effective way of providing computer system stability.
